When you crave sea and sand, we also have a cozy two-bedroom apartment in the Ligurian seaside resort of Diano Marina.
We’re Nina & Simone, musicians with a passion for hospitality. Our tiny but mighty team includes Ros, our warmhearted co-host who’s always responsive, and Sara, Nina and Simone’s daughter, who handles our social media and curated guides.
Our three short-term apartments are located on the 5th floor of a stunning early 1900s building with a vintage elevator, just a 10-minute walk (750 meters) from Milano Centrale.
We offer three distinct styles: Scandinavian Minimal, Colorful Eclectic, and Mid-Century Modern. Each apartment has its own personality, its own story. Every piece of furniture, every carefully chosen print is picked to make our apartments feel like home, to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Each apartment features a bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a modern bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to four guests.
Mid-Century Modern and Colorful Eclectic both have private garage parking (rare for Milan!), while Scandinavian Minimal has a balcony overlooking the rooftops.
